Position: Service Contract Executive

Department: Technical Department
 
Reports to: Technical Manager
 
Nature and Scope of the Position 

The position reports to the Technical Manager.


Duties
  • Draw up a list of all customers with Xerox Copiers, Printers and Multifunctional devices that are not on any of the service and maintenance contract.
  • Schedule and book meetings with customers to close service and maintenance contract for the above machines.
  • Run with the MIF upgrade program for the low performing,  aged machines
  • Keep records of all the Machines in the field and ensure that contracts are renewed on time.
  • Liaise with helpdesk to ensure that all customers’ machines on contract are service as scheduled to guarantee 100% contract renewals.
  • Work with the Finance department to ensure that all contract customers are billed on time.
  • Undertake other duties as may be delegated in the department.
Job Specification
 
Academic

Essential   

  • Diploma/ Degree in IT
  • 3 Years Experience in sales
Desired
  • Degree in Marketing or MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience
  • 3 Years experience in the same position and a professional qualification will be an added advantage
