Position Profile: Sales Executives

Education:
  • At least college certificate or diploma as a minimum
  • Specialty Sales and Marketing.
Experience requirement:
  • Must be computer literate and conversant with the social media i.e. Facebook and Twitter
  • Should have experience in corporate sales and new business development.
  • Ability to work within East Africa for sales drives
  • Should be presentable
  • Should have a flair for sales.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Must be articulate.
Responsibilities
  • Increase opportunities of Sales and meet the desire Holivine’s targets on Sales Revenues
  • Market the brand and the Holivine’s experience  in the East Africa Industry
  • Enhance the confidence of potential customers to do business
  • Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from Holivine’s services
Location: Nairobi Kenya
Compensation: Kshs. 40,000/month + accommmodation and travel expenses paid

The successful candidate will leverage their experience working with leading online stores and retailers as well as their strong analytical and creative marketing skills to develop innovative marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

Having a diverse marketing background, you will recognize all types of marketing opportunities and develop integrated programs including: PR/events, social/viral, online/offline advertising, direct marketing and most critically, employee training and point-of-sale engagement. 
 
Your passion will make you effective in selling your ideas internally and externally, and managing projects through to completion.
Responsibilities
  • Support development and execution of Go-To-Market strategy for launch of www.holivine.com.
  • Manage Holivine’s advertising budget to maximize our presence in  online and offline marketing vehicles.
  • Deliver compelling value-added marketing offers that support device sales and maximize Holivine’s  customer registration and activation.
  • Work closely with product, direct marketing and creative teams to ensure initiatives are in line with overall business strategy and approved programs are successfully executed.
  • Deliver on monthly and quarterly customer, sales and efficiency targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Conversant with social media i.e Facebook and Twitter
  • Creative on all levels from strategic planning and problem solving, to development of high impact marketing plans and materials.
  • Passionate self-starter committed to managing projects through to completion.
  • Exceptional planning and budget management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand data to support continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an eye for quality and detail.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in database programming; Oracle, MySQL or MS SQL Server preferred.

We expect you to conceptualize and design visual solutions where required, using a current mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. 

 
You need to have an imaginative flair, awareness of current trends in visual design, working knowledge of the latest software tools as well as be up to speed on current market on-going in the design industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems
  • Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites when requested by clients.
  • Provide training on maintenance/update procedures to clients.
  • Able to manage multiple corporate websites.
  • Graphic design and programming.
  • Good at research and evaluation.
  • Able to code for Cross-Browser Functionality solutions.
  • Good at Html, XHtml, CSS, Dreamweaver.
  • Should be time conscious and efficient to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite CS4 (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator)

We are in need of an intern proficient article writer who will also double as the social media manager for www.holivine.com on Twitter and Facebook.

We require someone who is knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization, Twitter and Facebook marketing

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
  • Writing high quality researched articles as assigned.
  • Using the Internet to search and write excellent non-plagiarized work
  • Maintain some of our social media accounts and engaging our customers on Twitter and Facebook.
Qualifications:
  • Have a college or university qualification (Journalism, Communication or Media preferred)
  • Previous online article writing experience is not a must, but is a plus.
  • Have a strong command of English
  • You must be dynamic and ready to learn
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have good typing speeds.
  • Is active on and loves social media, particularly Facebook and Twitter.
