Job Vacancy: Assistant Property Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in showing apartments to potential new tenants and explains the lease agreements and stipulations.
  • Procurement of exterior/interior refurbishment materials and follow up to ensure the desired levels of quality finish.
  • Management and preparation of lease negotiations and documentations, administration and tenant relations.
  • Administrative and maintenance duties in billing, processing payments with regards to the property management.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and oversee facility improvements and maintenance works, and formulate work order.
  • Meeting with current tenants pertaining to issues concerning the property and also meeting prospective tenants.
  • Ensure proper record keeping of stocks, re-order levels for replenishment of materials.
  • Addressing and documenting tenant complaints.
  • Assist in direct sales & marketing of the property.
  • Assist in promptly collection of rents.
  • Ensure property budgets are prepared promptly.
  • Preparation of periodical Management Reports.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Project Management or Land Economics.
  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience in management and valuation of properties.
  • Strong sales, customer service experience and supervisory skills.
  • Must be of high integrity and possess strong leadership,
  • Effective written, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess creative problem solving.
  • A team player who can work under minimum supervision and be able to work under pressure and meet specific deadline.
