Field Service Technician at Symphony

Symphony Kenya is looking for an individual to join our dynamic team, in its Technical Services Department in the following position:
Field Service Technician
Key Skills And Qualities:
We are looking for a self-disciplined, dependable and results driven individual with a strong hands-on approach to work. 
The person must be conscious of attention to detail, be meticulous, and have a critical questioning mind.
The person will be required to install, configure and commission PC’s, laptops, printers, scanners and Intel Servers, and carry out break-fix on the same.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Must have a minimum of Diploma or Higher Diploma graduates in Electrical and Electronic engineering or Computer Science and Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Must have User Support Professional (A+) certification or equivalent. 
  • Must be competent in Windows Operating System Software for desktop and Servers and can install and troubleshoot same as well as fix hardware and software problems. 
  • Must have more than 6 months experience in Passive and Active Computer Networking including Wifi connectivity. 
  • Have a K.C.S.E. Aggregate grade of C+ or higher with a minimum of C in both Mathematics and English.
