The company has sustained tremendous growth covering East and Central Africa Region as well as extension of its product lines.

We seek to recruit experienced and innovative talent to fill the following key position:

Research and Innovation Manager

The Research & Innovation Manager position is a strategic role reporting to the Managing Director. 

The person who fills this role will be the pivot around which changing customer needs are tracked, global trends in out-of-home advertising are captured and new products are launched.

This position calls for an individual who is deeply passionate about delivering solutions that delight the customer and lead the market. 

Anticipating customer needs and developing business cases is an important aspect of the job, and we would like to speak to a person who would not only make a strong case for investing in commercially feasible new products, but one who is determined to implement on the ground and is tenacious enough to ensure execution and follow through.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in research, new product development and commercialization. 
The candidate should possess highly developed analytical skills and capability, proven track record in introducing and commercializing new products, project management skills and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

Commercial Manager – Digital Media


Reporting to the Marketing Director, the primary objective of the position is to develop Digital Media Business opportunities and drive new revenue through a team-based, consultative approach to sales. 
 
The position holder will use project management skills to develop and manage projects roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables and provide customer satisfaction and reporting structures to ensure quality projects are delivered.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s business degree from accredited university with a Major in Computer science or ICT, at least 3 year’s full-time experience in developing business-to-business Digital marketing campaigns with ability to develop and implement tracking mechanisms for determining the ROI and effectiveness of the Digital Media related projects.

County Operations Managers

4 Positions

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the ideal candidate will oversee and play a key role in the company’s outdoor operations at the County level, provide leader ship in new advertising site acquisitions, develop & implement identified advertising infrastructure, directly liaise with company Landlords and County Authorities to ensure timely payment of their fees and nurture relationships among other duties.


The successful candidate should be a university graduate with excellent relationship building, interpersonal skills and street SMART. 
The position requires an individual with a proven positive work ethic, great customer skills, exceptional leadership, team player and the ability to lead from the front and demand for results.
Technical Manager – Electrical Engineering
This position requires thorough knowledge of electrical design and engineering
techniques, as well as CAD and graphics skills. 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the job holder will be responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of a broad range of electrical systems and projects management. 

He will manage and evaluate Contractors/Subcontractors, Vendors and Electrical Engineering and design team to maintain control of project schedules and costs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized University, minimum (5) years’ experience in estimating,
budgeting, designing and project management of Electrical Installation contracts,
have exposure ¡n electrical power supply systems, electronics and control systems
especially SCADA and PLC, be competent in use of AutoCAD among other engineering software applications.

Those with knowledge in airfield lighting systems will have a distinct added advantage


Business Manager – Point of Purchase and Signage
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Business Manager will be charged with the responsibility of growing the Point of Purchase and Signage business line in order to increase turnover & profit. 

This is a consultative, solution driven sales role which will require the uncovering of new business opportunities, utilizing business intelligence, new project leads and opportunities arising from the company’s marketing activities and contact with clients to fully understand their business needs and then develop innovative Point of Purchase & Signage packages that meet their needs and budget.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with strong sales and marketing background. 
The candidate should possess not less than 5 years’ sales experience with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. 

Those conversant with selling of POP and/or Signage products will definitely have an added advantage
Business Manager – Regional Business Development

Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be required to develop, lead and co-ordinate the transformation of our capacity within the East Africa region and beyond by identifying and developing business opportunities for the Company’s products and services.
He/she will be responsible for implementing the company’s business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals in regional markets.

The ideal candidate should possess a business degree with a strong marketing background and at least 5 years proven team management, revenue generation and sales experience. 
With the knowledge of key business development practices and its impact on company growth, the position holder will support regional team members in identifying project opportunities and turning them into successful business accounts.
