Assistant Loan Officer at Opportunity Kenya Ltd

Opportunity Kenya Ltd is a microfinance institution with operations in Nairobi, Western, Nyanza and Rift Valley provinces of Kenya, and is seeking fresh graduate applicants for the Assistant Loan Officer positions.
Reporting to the Branch Manager; the Assistant Loan Officer will be the front-line employee with key contact with potential and existing Opportunity clients. 

He/she shall at all times represent Opportunity’s core values of Commitment, Humility, Respect, Integrity, Stewardship and Transformation.

The Loan Officer will be responsible for the entire cycle of client relations.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Fresh graduates with Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance/Marketing/Sales/Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
  • Demonstrate high level of organization and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • High level of dynamism, autonomy, accuracy and anticipation.
  • Should possess a positive, outgoing personality a good team player with leadership ability.
  • Able to communicate fluently in both English and Kiswahili and explain complicated concepts to clients.
