Voip IT Assistant at Alternate Doors

Our Client is an IT company currently recruiting an IT Assistant

The Candidate will work as a Voice Administrator to be responsible for the administration, installation, configuration, maintenance and support of the Finish Line VoIP Environment Consisting of Interactive Intelligence CIC Platform or Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Administers the Voice over IP phone system interconnecting the Home Office, Finish Line stores and remote users and remote Contact Center functionality

Provide support, maintenance, and configuration on appropriate VoIP hardware such as IP phones (Cisco or Polycom), Interactive Intelligence CIC VoIP, Recorder, Optimizer, and .NET client servers and software, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and Cisco CUBE.

Provide Backup Support Maintenance for both systems as necessary.
Administration of SIP Trunks between Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Interactive Intelligence phone system.
Administration and performance of changes to the IVR handlers for Finish Line enterprise and contact center as needed.
Perform tier II trouble shooting of VoIP network issues on in-house systems utilizing Interactive Intelligence CIC’s or Cisco Unified Communication Manager troubleshooting tools and network monitoring tools.
To provide assistance in performing periodic patching and software updates to the appropriate systems (Interactive Intelligence CIC, Recorder, and Optimizer servers, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco CUBE).
Responsible for the inventory (tracking and reporting) of VoIP equipment.
Assists in the planning, configuration, and implementation of reliable, Voice Infrastructure Solutions.
Provide ongoing training for IP Phone Client for HQ and remote users.

Requirements:
  • An IT related Degree
  • At least 6 months Experience with Cisco Voice and PABX
