Our client is a security company recruiting a qualified candidate to take up the role of a Product Developer.

- Moderate new product developments
- Develop, execute, and control detailed work plan
- Provide feature explanation and coding best practices.
- Document common or creative solutions for use by internal employees and customers to reduce repeat cases logged
- Critically evaluate performance data to determine next steps in the product development process
- Interface with various personnel to accomplish the project:
- As required, recommend appropriate equipment to purchase to meet project objectives.
- Develop new test procedures to support the new products or processes
- As necessary, provide technical support to production
- Evaluate service level issues and suggested enhancements escalated by Service Delivery Team to diagnose and address underlying system problems and inefficiencies
Requirements
- At least a B in KSCE
- At least 5 years working experience
- Diploma in IT(Programming)
