We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the following position.

Tracking Controllers 
[3 Posts]

The successful candidates will be working within the company tracking control system, monitoring the movement of vehicles and assets across the country.


Key Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for tracking control room based vehicle tracking platforms [MS Track Pro, Mzone, Vepamon, Skygistics, ASCENT etc and ensure all are working.
  • Ensuring that any system failure is reported to seniors for corrective action.
  • Coordination of information from branches in respect of ECT’s Tagging and Untagging and releasing periodic updates to clients and Branches on tagged cargo and vehicle positions.
  • Communicating cases of Corridor deviations, Incidents, accidents and seal Tampers to the relevant people and documenting the same in the OB.
Key Attributes
  • Minimum K.C.S.E  C –   or equivalent.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must have the ability to understand maps and coordinate systems. Knowledge of Geographical locations in the region shall be a distinct advantage.
  • Must have the ability to use a GPS.
  • Must know the ICAO Phonetic alphabet and understand Radio protocols.
  • Must have good communication and decision making skills and the capacity to handle emergencies flawlessly.
  • Must have analytical skills and the ability to work to work under pressure.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Must have at least two years relevant experience and ability to monitor client’s vehicles and assets from multiple tracking platforms.
  • Experience in using any of the industry standard tracking software systems is a distinct advantage.
