Corporate Sales Executive at Nas Servair

This position reports to the Marketing & Business Development Manager.
Job Description Summary
The Corporate Sales Executive is assigned to sell the Company’s services as well as develop new business. 
The clients may be businesses, the government or individuals in Kenya. 

Your role will entail;

  • Approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new businesses
  • Developing and driving repeat sales to existing customers
  • Presenting and selling the Company’s products and services to current and potential clients i.e business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C)
  • Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
  • Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Identifying sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Establishing and maintaining current client and potential client relationships
  • Preparing paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
  • Managing account services through quality checks and other follow-up
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns
  • Preparing a variety of status reports including activity reports
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals
  • Strong sales development skills and proven experience in service sales and marketing
  • Consumer sales and client relationship background is a distinct advantage
  • Strong sales management skills – developing sales teams, targets and delivering results
  • Well developed quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Excellent phone/communication skills
  • Ability to think ahead – anticipate and solve problems before they arise
  • A valid driving license with at least 3 years’ driving experience within Nairobi and its environs
  • Good report writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili. Ability to speak French is an added advantage
  • Strong work ethic
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 5 years experience in strong sales team management needed with a proven track record and expertise in all aspects of business development, customer relationship management and sales 
  • Masters degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Professional qualification in Marketing from a recognized professional body
