Child Caregiver / Nanny at Malcoms Daycare Solutions

Malcoms Daycare solutions are a daycare center whose clientele range from the ages of 3 months to 3 years. 

Malcoms Daycare center are looking to recruit a child caregiver / nanny to join our highly efficient staff.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Attend to personal cleanliness of every child; bathing, changing diapers/soiled clothes, toilet training and washing hands.
  • Feeding the children according to the required age group standards.
  • Organizing children’s rooms and putting away any hazard equipment.
  • Laying baby cots according to the company standards.
  • Playing with children and getting down on the floor to relate to them.
  • Soothing or rocking children to sleep.
  • Arrange activities/ games for children and provide them with chance to utilize their curiosity.
  • Work together with the children in a means that conveys admiration and development.
  • Maintain safe surroundings based on security standards.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development.
  • Should have an understanding of child development.
  • Should have skills to implement play and instructional activity for children.
  • Should be sensitive to children’s individual development and cultural characteristics.
  • Should be with patience and a quiet/soft voice.
  • Should be warm and loving.
  • Should have mature, healthful, positive attitudes about life, love, sex and interpersonal relations. Because children learn from adults.
  • Should be with nice appearance and takes care of herself so as to be able to take care of the children.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Well organized and self-driven individual.
