Mega Properties Group is a fast growing company in Developing & managing Shopping Malls in Nyanza and Western Kenya. 
We are inviting applications from suitable, qualified personnel for the following positions in our group companies.

 
1. Corporate Marketing Manager
He will be responsible in identifying and finalizing clients for group companies, based at Nairobi.

Qualification & other competencies required:

  • Degree in Marketing / Sales Management ;
  • Age – 25-35 years;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Aggressive, Pro-active, Planning & forecasting skills; Presentable;
  • Excellent communication skill, Influencing and persuasion skills;
  • Computer knowledge;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in marketing or any real estate companies.
2. Marketing Manager – PR & Advertising
He will be responsible to let prime spots for advertisement within the shopping malls. 
He will also be responsible for PR activities like designing profiles, flyers, brochure etc, for the group companies.
 
Qualification & other competencies required:
  • Degree in Marketing;
  • Age – 25-35 years;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in working advertisement companies and in PR.
  • Go-getter, Interpersonal skills, creative, 
  • Planning & forecasting skills; Presentable;
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Computer knowledge;
3. Data Entry Operator
He will be responsible to generate documents from the system and maintain necessary follow up.

Qualification & other competencies required:
  • Form 4 completed
  • Age – 25-30 years;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in computer operation with good speed.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware is added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skill & Presentable
4. Senior Accountant
He will be responsible for group accounts finalization, supervising data entries, managing subordinates and completing the task in time.

Qualification & other competencies required:
  • Age 30 – 35 years;
  • CPA completed with B.Com / Diploma in Taxation.
  • Adequate knowledge in computer operations;
  • Min. 5 years of experience in accounts & Finance worked as senior level in corporate industry.
  • Good communication skill; possess ability of multi-tasking.
5. Accounts Clerk
He will be responsible to prepare cheques, vouchers, filing statutory reports, accounts payable, bank reconciliation statement, checking bills of suppliers, making entries in tally accordingly.
 
Qualification & other competencies required:
  • Age 25 – 30 years;
  • CPA Group II or any equivalent degree;
  • Adequate knowledge in computer operations;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Good communication skill;
6. HR & Legal Officer
He will be responsible for HR and Legal activities for the group.
Qualification & other competencies required:
  • Degree in HR;
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Min. 5 years of exp in working as HR and Legal in senior position in corporate industry.
  • Adequate knowledge in computer operations;
  • Good communication skill ; presentable.
7. Junior Web Programmer
Requirement: 
  • Degree / Diploma certificate in Information technology / computer science with 2 years min. experience. 
  • Age 25 – 30 years; 
Technical Skills: 
  • Prior knowledge in Ajax, Jquery and PHP, MySQL and any new web technologies
  • Top skills in HTML and CSS programming.
8. Building Manager
He will be responsible for upkeeping of the building, managing subordinates and directing them, ensuring minimum complaints; 
Also responsible for compliance of electrical, plumbing, Occupational Health & safety, Fire prevention / First Aid etc.

Requirement: 
  • Degree in property management or equivalent; 
  • 25 – 35 years of age;
  • 2 years and above working experience in property management; 
  • Computer knowledge;
9. Utility Manager
He will be responsible for supervising repairs and maintenance to the building including construction, Electrical & Plumbing. 
Requirement: 
  • Degree in Construction Management or Diploma in Property management. 
  • Age 25 – 30 years. 
  • Min.2 years of working experience in building/ office maintenance work. 
  • Computer knowledge.
10. Project Manager
He will be responsible for Construction activities within the group, coordinating with government agencies, consultants and suppliers, directing the team to ensure timely work;
 
Requirement:  
  • Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering; 
  • Age 30-40 years; 
  • Min 5 years experience in Civil construction specially commercial buildings; 
  • Good computer knowledge.
