Job summary
  • The incumbent of this position shall be in-charge of generating new ideas of growing the business, sourcing new clients and take the client through the products until the execution of the sale.
  • Principle duties and responsibility
  • Source for new clients from mail list, telephone contacts, old clients among others
  • Research on real estate industries ideas and projects that will help in future projects
  • Discuss and generate concepts and ideas with the director that will bring good sales and growth of the company
  • Follow up on the paper work for the clients, such as sale agreements, letters of offer,
  • Take the client through the products, the location, benefits the client will derive, the pricing and the payment methods
  • Follow up with the clients for prospects till the execution of the sale
  • Handle correspondences and enquiries through phones or emails and advise them appropriately
  •  Develops and executes short and long term local market tactics to grow market share in alignment with the client strategic plan across the complete spectrum of offerings
  • Delivers profitable growth and achieve targets
  • Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit forecasts and objectives
  • Manages sales pipeline and forecasts through management of the Market Sales Leader and Sales Managers
  • Efficiently manages operational capacity and manpower planning to meet schedules and budgets
  • Promotes innovation and defined value propositions to develop market opportunities
  • Implements an account management process in alignment with established strategy
  •  Measures, reports and ensures prompt action upon customer satisfaction efforts

Qualification, Competences required
  • A holder of a degree
  • Experience in the property industry
  • General knowledge in real estate, economic trends
  • Well acquitted with the market and the target group
  • Ability to close a sale
  • Good communication skills, analytical and numerical skills
  • Must be pleasant and with good public relations
  • Patient, polite and friendly
  • Aggressive in sales and a go getter personality
  • Passion for real estate/investment industry
