Facilities Administrator

Description
  • Ensure office building infrastructure, office areas, and utility areas are maintained according to standards & compliant to the legal requirements.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment according to statutory and company guidelines and local legislation.
 Office, Buildings & Utilities
  • Inspect condition of offices and other general areas and initiate corrective and improvement actions.
  • Company contact for offices and other general areas related suppliers.
  • Ensure office standards are maintained in line with the office 5S standards.
  • Participatory membership in office pillar and offering guidance and implementing pillar decisions.
  • Source and supervise service providers to carry out construction and maintenance of company offices and general areas.
  • Attends to utilities supply issues eg drinking water supply issue, tea vending.
  • Custodian of and updating of building drawings & specifications for offices and other general areas.
  • Ensure best practice according to World Class Manufacturing(WCM) Early Building Management criteria in capital investment budgeting, planning, construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Follow-up and advice management on investment costs to ensure on Budget for all services is done on time & in full.
  • Liaise with Safety Health&Environment(SHE) pillar to ensure compliant to company safety and environment legal requirements are met.
Services Management
  • Budgeting for outsourced services and monitoring the budgets.
  • Company contact on outsourced services e.g. canteen, gym, grounds, yard, beverage vending, water supply and cleaning services.
  • Supervise the above service providers to ensure the company gets value for money.
  • Manage the company vehicle fleet; ensure proper usage of vans, manpower and scheduling of movement.
  • General office management, oversee overall resource allocation, ensure hygiene and clean conditions are maintained consistently.
  • Manage gym equipment.
  • Manage policy on expatriates, international assignees and Short Term Assignment staff. Vehicles allocation, pool cars usage, repairs of company assets etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Post Graduate qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Project.
  • At least four(4) years experience of in a similar position.

Projects and Utilities Engineer

Description: Projects implementation using Early Equipment Management (EEM) methodology, continuous improvement projects, ensure factory infrastructure and utilities are maintained according to standards. 

Ensuring a safe working environment according to statutory requirements and Tetra Pak guidelines.

Projects Implementation 

  • Ensure best practice according to World Class Manufacturing(WCM) Early Management criteria in capital investment budgeting, planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training and start-up.
  • Follow-up and advice management on investment costs and payback.
  • Participate in WCM improvement activities and Kaizens teams.
Utilities availability
  • Follow up on FM global actions on risk and safety
  • Inspect condition of utilities, factory assets and initiate corrective and improvement actions.
  • Supervise service providers to carry out works within factory buildings and utilities.
  • Support technicians in diagnosis of breakdowns on utilities.
  • From the action plans developed, make follow up for implementation and update maintenance planning schedule.
Planned Maintenance Execution and follow up
  • Enrich generated TBM preventive maintenance work orders on utilities and liaise with relevant maintenance leaders on availability of technicians for executions.
  • Maintenance and updates of technical drawings and manuals library
  • Support Safety Health&Environment(SHE) pillar to implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure company and legal requirements regarding factory safety and environment are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Post Graduate qualification in Project Management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project.
  • At least four (4) years experience of in a similar position.
