Westlink Electrical Limited is an electrical supplies and solution provider to the industrial and commercial sector, we have outlets in Nairobi, Eldoret, Kisumu & Kericho.

We are looking for young, dynamic, self motivated staff for the position of a Branch Manager for Kisumu and Kericho branches.

The position are available immediately and have an attractive salary & incentive programme. The Branches are involved in daily counter sales of Electrical products and Credit Sales to Potential Customers.

The Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:-

• You will spearhead the sales & marketing of the branch.
• You will be responsible for developing campaigns, marketing plans and other effective techniques for the company to excel among the rest.
• You will help in endorsing the company.
• You will maintain the allotted budget, employing and training new staff, mastering the local clientele, handling potential customers and customer complaints or inquiries.
• Responsible for achieving the Sales targets announced by company.
• Keeping Track of Competitor activities.
• Looking after the Team Sales and Making the customer delight in all Respects.
• Involved in preparing all the reports of Sales.
• Responsible for reporting to the Seniors.
• Make agenda of daily morning meeting for achieving the targets of Sales & other activities with Team.
• Good Working Knowledge of M S Office- Word & Excel and Social Networking.
• Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of electrical products is of added advantage.
