We are seeking to recruit high caliber and result oriented individual to fill the following vacant position:
 
Managed Service – Operations Manager
Responsibilities
  • Project budgeting and cost control.
  • Business process owner for site maintenance project.
  • Project quality responsible (Network performance, SLA, KPI, EHS, OSHA etc.);
  • Overall operational process design, execution & control;
  • Project team performance management;
  • Alignment with global MS project procedures;
  • Customer communication & reports;
  • Internal coordination & supplier management;
  • Overall escalation point of outstanding/urgent TT/PM/site maintenance issues & In charge of NMC.
Requirements
  • At least 5 – 8 years telecommunication related experience.
  • Familiarity of telecom operator/equipment supplier business model and site operation procedure.
  • Network operation experience preferred.
  • Business target oriented; ability to breakdown business targets into achievable project plans.
  • Strong plan management capability in terms of scheduling, quality & cost control;
  • Strong people management skill in terms of performance management, team structure/skill/environment planning and building.
  • Strong customer communication skill at CxO level;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Knowledge & experience in project budgeting and cost control;
  • Strong sense of quality control in terms of timing, work quality & EHS.
CBS/DS Engineer
Responsibilities
  • On-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Mediation/Provision/ Interconnect systems, IN, OCS, Billing or CBS.
  • Provide technical solution and hands-on support on Mediation/Provision! Interconnect systems, IN, OCS, Billing or CBS Hardware installation supervision.
  • Work to resolve technical product issues and meet the laid down SLA’s.
  • Engage with R&D for critical issues to resolution, Perform reviews of solution, Method and procedure.
  • Ensure proper customer handoff with solution delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Mediation / Provision / Interconnect systems, IN/OCS/CBS or data communication environment.
  • Work experience & knowledge about UNIX, Linux, Oracle DB, SQL, HTTPS, SOAP, DCC, Networking etc
  • Programming knowledge, preferably java.
  • UNIX/LINUX Shell scripting, PL-SQL skill is a must.
  • TCP/IP Routing and protocols and ITIL — certification is preferred.
Software Support Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Supporting software project Delivery and Maintenance
  • Effectively communicates with customer & colleagues.
  • Master the hardware and software delivery and maintenance
  • Monitors and tracks technical information and issues early warnings and disseminates information as needed.
  • As a 24X7X365 organization shift work, holidays and on-call responsibilities may be required.
Requirements
  • Unix, Linux and Windows OS administration(Windows Domain, Active Directory, DNS, and Security)
  • Networking knowledge (051 model, router, switch). CCNA and MCSE certificate is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Storage & Servers product (Huawei/EMC/IBM/HP) knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of storage architecture and RAID technologies. Storage Arrays & Storage Virtualization;
  • SCSI, iSCSI, Fiber & FCoE protocols ;NAS,NFS,CIFS,SAS protocols
  • VMware/ vSpherer /Hyper-v/Citrix XenServer; VMware View/Microsoft VDl/XenDesktop,VERITAS VxVM NxFS and clusters.
  • Familiar with SQL/MySQL/Oracle Database /RAC/ASM.
  • Shell scripting, PERL for automating tasks; Kernel internals for debugging.
Right of Way (Row) Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Give clear SOW requirements to a wayleave agent based on our contract way leave requirements.
  • Provide project way leave documents that are needed by the client and submit to a wayleave agent.
  • Check and ensure the wayleave documents got from way leave agents are correct and submit way leave documents to client for approval.
  • Work with clients and way leave agents to acquire all kinds wayleave documents requires in projects such as NEMA, KURA, KENHA, city council permits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Physical planning or any other related field.
  • Conversant with acquisitions.
  • Conversant with Environmental matters and government policy on Planning Approvals
  • Strong managerial and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under a lot of pressure.
Design Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Telecommunications site technical survey and details design.
  • Ensure that site infrastructure designs, construction and electrical standards and specifications are agreed with the customer prior to the start of the project.
  • Review site specific designs and make recommendations to manage cost and simplify construction
  • Ensure that site designs are compliant with local Health and Safety requirements
  • Accountable for civil work Network engineering survey and design
  • Output detailed Bill of Quantity for civil work project delivery.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years working experience in optical fiber cable project survey and design field or implementation field.
  • Familiar with outside plant and inside plant survey & design standards and specification of optical fiber cable engineering.
  • Knowledge of civil work engineering survey & design process.
  • Familiar with various planning & design tools of civil work engineering. (AUTOCAD)
  • Excellent skills in preparation of BOQ’s in Civil work field
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and under a lot of pressure.
