Dhanush Infotech has an urgent requirement for ‘Help Desk Manager’ with overall 7+ years out of which 3+ years are into leading a team in a fast paced 24*7 Networking / Infra support Environment.
Language Preferred: French & English
Job description:
- Must have handled a team in 24*7 customer support / help desk environment
- Work experience in Networking / Infra support is MUST
- Must understand best practices in industry
- Must understand the SLAs followed in L1 / L2 level support activities
- Must have led a team of atleast 10 people
Qualification:
- Graduate / Engineer in Information Technology / Networking
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
