Job Purpose: To ensure that all IT devices and network links are up and running in all locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all network links are up and running in all locations
- Ensure that all IT devices and system are running all the time
- Ensure 98.99% uptime for LAN and computer hardware
- Maintain an up to date IT hardware and software inventory Matrix
Education and Qualification – Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma in IT with bias in Hardware and Networking
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Have knowledge in all protocols (TCP/IP), file and print sharing, and all network topologies
- Must posses knowledge of system configuration and installation
- Must also posses knowledge in all hardware and software maintenance.
