Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk
Essential Duties
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Logging all customer queries to ticketing system.
- Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area.
- Arranging couriers
- Handle clients if complaints occur
- Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and Experience
- Basic Degree a MUST – Computer Science/ IT Preferred
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
- Ability to interact effectively with other team members.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and quickly changing work environment with strict deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently without supervision.

Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Essential Duties
- Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards;
- Undertaking network fault investigations in local and wide area environments
- Configuration of routing and switching equipment
- Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation
- Remote troubleshooting and fault finding in case of support issues
Education and Experience
- Basic Degree a MUST – Computer Science / Telecommunications Eng / Electrical Eng
- CCNA / CCNP
- Experience in a busy network deployment preferably an ISP
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and quickly changing work environment with strict deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently without supervision.

3 Positions
Essential Duties
- Assist in establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards;
- Assist in undertaking network fault investigations in local and wide area environments
- Attend to client site visits that require physical presence in client house.
Education and Experience
- Student currently taking Bsc Computer Science / Telecommunications Engineering
- CCNA/CCNP holders preferred
