Human Resource Assistants at Fountain Enterprises Programme

Reports To: HR Manager

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain official personnel files for all staff including recruitment documents, CVs, valid contracts, disciplinary papers and performance evaluations, while ensuring confidentiality.
  • HR administration, such as leave management, maintenance of staff records, compensation and benefits administration and record keeping. Responsible for tracking annual leave days.
  • Assist with maintain and archiving the job and application files for all new positions.
  • Ensure the necessary documents for new employees (e.g. IDs, KRA PIN, NSSF, NHIF and bank account details etc.) are obtained and maintained.
  • Ensure that enquiries in HR office are dealt with promptly and courteously
  • Manage and alert the HR Manager on confirmations, expiry of contracts, etc.
  • Assist in coordinating the exit/clearing process of staff who resign or their services terminated.
  • Assist in employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping.
Academic Qualifications
  • Degree in Business administration or related field with relevant experience.
  • A Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
