Business Development Executives (HR Solutions) at InStep Business Solutions

We are looking to recruit Business Development Executives (BDE’s) who will be responsible for meeting sales targets within designated sectors and territories resulting in increase in customer base, and visibility of the Company’s brand in the market, through marketing of recruitment, outsourcing and training solutions.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya


Responsibilities
  • Develop a base for long-term sources of clients.
  • Prospect and generate new business.
  • Actively follow up new leads and referrals.
  • Establish new business opportunities and expand/enhance existing ones.
  • Leverage and maintain relationships with existing clients for retention and increased services.
  • Follow-up to ensure timely resolve of customer issues.
  • Follow through the sales process to ensure lead times are adhered to.
  • Timely preparation of presentations, proposals, quotations and accurate sales reports.
  • Regularly update customers on sales order progress, and respond and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer and HR databases including recruitment and training.
  • Undertake business forecasting, and gather market information and competitor information to assist in planning, decision making, improvement and/or development of relevant programs.
  • Coordinate and participate in promotion activities that will lead to increase in brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in a business related field preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years working experience in sale of service related products in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in ICT
  • Demonstrable achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of customers and customer interface
  • Ability to interact with clients at different levels, and establish & maintain relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
