We are a young outdoor, entertainment and recreational business. We specialize in quad bike game drives, paintball and corporate team building. We run a restaurant, bar, accommodation services as well as host corporate parties, lunches and dinners.

We are looking for someone who is

If handling the below tasks will excite you:

1. Preparing budgets, financial reports, analyzing financial data, organizing audits, complying with tax provisions and requirements, managing finances, and offering any financial advice as may be necessary to the management.
2. Complying with various laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable
to the specific industry including accountancy and tax laws.
3. Managing the business with prudent economic principles and practice.
4. Organizing preparation of books of accounts in time for compliance with
other statutory provisions.
5. Keeping a regular and systematic vigil on finances of the business
enterprise and optimizing the use of finance.
6. Preparing monthly and annual accounts to monitor profits, and preparing
projections and budgets for planning cash flows and profits.
7. Developing databases that are not exactly recorded in the accounts
packages.
8. Setting up control procedures at various levels to ensure that the
information in the accounts does not vary with physical verification.

Sales and Marketing Reps

– These will be based in Nairobi, working independently and with minimal
supervision. The Reps will be paid on the basis of the business they
attract, negotiate and contracts closed. A retainer will be paid to cover
basic costs. Working in consultation with the Director, the reps will visit
corporates and institutions to market our team building and fun day out
products. You will be required to be proficient in computers, an excellent
communicator on social media, articulate in expression, pleasant and
presentable in appearance and exceptional in inter personal skills.
Successful candidates will be preferably between 20 – 35 years of age.

Day today tasks include:

·         Working in conjunction with the Director, work out the cost of
goods and services offered by the Lukenya Motorcross Ltd.
·         Prepare and send to prospective clients quotations for goods and
services, via email.
·         Follow up on trade enquiries with potential clients on our goods
and services,
·         Proactively schedule and visit in person or enquire by phone, for
team building business from targeted corporates and institutions.
·        Offer meet and greet services to clients during their events at
the motorcross.

We specialise in quad bike game drives, paintball and corporate team building. We run a restaurant, bar,accommodation services as well as host corporate parties, lunches and dinners.

*Personality Profile*

We are looking for a young, cheerful, dynamic, self-motivated team leader to catapault our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will be between 25 – 35 years of age, with a deep and evident passion for great food, efficient service, people, personal and corporate growth. Preferably a lady, the successful candidate will have a professional post-secondary school qualification and preferably, experience for at least 3 years in a high end restaurant or hotel, in food production and or service. Our team leader will be *responsible, cheerful and a motivator of people*.

*Responsibilities*

·         Work alongside departmental leaders to streamline services.

·         Ensure the timely and efficient production of quality food.

·         Schedule and attend to client bookings for team building,
restaurant, accommodation, swimming and bar services.

·         Attend to the comfort of guests in the accommodation, swimming,
riding, restaurant and team building departments.

·         Manage, maintain and control the daily food and beverage stock
sheets,
·         Manage the assets, fittings, drapery and furniture inventory and
ensure the company’s assets are safe and secured.
·         Manage the daily sales records, VAT and cash collections.
·         Ensure the safe, timely, efficient and effective use of the means
of production, ie, water, electricity, labour, technology and equipment.
·         Ensure the service areas ie restaurants, grounds, rooms and
washrooms are clean, well- tended and pleasant to use.
·         Initiate, maintain and grow our product line, corporate
efficiency and general revenue streams.

*Position outcome*

The ideal candidate will ensure that the following results are achieved:

1.       The service levels improve in a marked fashion.

2.       The revenue per department grows by at least 30% from previous
years.

3.       Reduction in service level complaints.

4.       Reduction in service turn-around time on food, beverages and quad
bikes, buggies and equipment.

*Compensation*

A competitive, consolidated package will be negotiated, which takes into
account ones’ performance on the job and previous experience and pay.
Accomodation will be provided on the premises.
