You will be joining a high-energy team whose job is to answer the main line of Toptal and assist customers with any potential queries they might have.
On a daily basis you would be handling all incoming phone calls, analysing the incoming leads and advising clients of the services we provide.
In between the calls you will be supporting the sales team in day to day activities.
To excel at this position, you must have understanding of software technology, superb communication skills and fluency in English language.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Analysis of the incoming leads
- Advising our clients of the services we provide
- Supporting sales team
You should have:
- Excellent English language skills and outstanding phone manners
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Understanding of software technology is preferable
