Admin Assistant at Safepak Group Kenya

Reports To: Sales and Admin Manager

Responsibilities: 
  • answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing & maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • retrieve documents from filing system  & handle requests for information and data
  • resolve administrative problems and inquiries & prepare written responses to routine enquiries
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • maintain office supply inventories, Prepare Invoices and Delivery Notes
  • coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
  • maintenance of the attendance of all staff
  • receive  orders from clients
  • sales recording and confirming
Skills and Competences
  • Degree/Diploma in Business related course/Purchasing & Supplies
Experience: 
  • 1 – 2 years in admin work especially Inventory management.
Salary Kshs. 25,000
