To this end we are looking to bring on-board a self-motivated, result oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our technical support team.Trainee – Technical Support Team
Reporting lines: Will be reporting directly to the Lead – Technical Support Team
Key responsibilities
- The holder of the position will install and implement all the company’s application software products at the customer site.
- S/he will offer training services to the users on the software products
- S/he will be required to configure operating systems for the customer as and when required
- S/he will assist either in person or remotely in the resolution of support issues
Minimum Education and professional requirements
- Applicants should have a minimum of a graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Basic knowledge of Payroll and Human Resource Management applications will provide added advantage
- Good communication skills, organizational skills and team player with ability to multi task
