Overall Purpose: Coordinating and managing projects against budget, cost and timeline.
 
Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinating and managing projects against budget, cost and timeline.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timeline.
  • Report on the progress of the projects using agreed Gantt schedule
  • Apply pressure and consistent follow ups to service providers and contractors to ensure they deliver they projects on time.
  • Report to project manager on the status of all ongoing projects against expected timelines
  • Maintains an active checklist of all the projects and contractors onboard.
  • Summarize a budget for each project before commissioning is done.
  • Coordinate the launch of completed project and subsequent handover to relevant department within the organization.
  • Any other duty which may be assigned by Management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A diploma in business related filed
Desired Skills
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal targets
