Marketing Manager
Your key responsibilities:
  • Define the brand strategy and contribute to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumers and generate new insights.
  • Monitor local trends to fuel innovation pipeline.
  • Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts.
Your profile:
  • You have a successful experience in marketing in cosmetic industry and have managed large teams.
  • You have knowledge of market data analysis, finance (P&L, sales forecasts), local retail dynamics and communication.
  • You are a team worker.
Internal Control Manager
Your key responsibilities:
Ensure proper implementation of the Internal Control framework defined by the general management to strengthen the processes efficiency and prevent risks to which the Entity could be exposed, thus contributing to the development of a healthy business.
Your profile:
You have first hand experience of audit (internal or external) or finance/controlling in an international organization. You are rigorous and a team player.
 
Plant Manager
Your key responsibilities:
  • Manage the production site in order to meet the needs of the business while at the same time optimizing all costs and ensuring respect for Group policies in the areas of Safety, Environment, Quality and people management.
Your profile:
  • You have over 10 year experience in cosmetics or a similar industry, locally or abroad in middle to senior management, within a multinational organization.
  • You have experience with batch processing, filling and packing processes.
  • You have strong communication and general management skills and have managed large teams.
Safety-Hygiene-Environment Manager
Your key responsibilities:
  • Implement the L’Oréal Safety, Hygiene and Environment system at site.
  • Ensure the safety of all site employees and visitors.
  • Put in place the Group environment standards and procedures to ensure that the site complies with local regulations and minimizes the impact of the operation on the environment and the local community.
Your profile:
  • You have over 10 years on the ground experience in the safety and environment field in a light manufacturing environment.
  • You have worked for a major multinational company and have spent time working outside Kenya.
Plant Quality Manager
Your key responsibilities:
  • To ensure the quality of products manufactured by the plant and stored in the distribution center in compliance with group standards and specifications.
  • Promote and ensure application of the L’Oréal quality system within the plant, among suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Manage and developthe Quality team.
Your profile:
  • You have strong and successful experience in cosmetics or a similar industry as a quality manager.
  • You have knowledge of manufacturing processes and strong management skills.
Process Expert & Lab Supervisor
Your key responsibilities:
  • Ensure the application of L’Oréal Quality systems, standards and methods of manufacturing within the manufacturing process.
  • Exploit & analyze quality and performance operating reports and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to mastery and quality control expertise of product.
  • Coordinate relationships with R&I and lead.
  • Define feasibility of new launches and coordinate the operations related to a launch in the manufacturing area.
Your profile:
  • You have strong experience in cosmetics or a production in a similar industry.
  • You have successful experience in quality management and manufacturing processes.
  • You are autonomous and have knowledge transfer skills.
