SUMMARY:
We are a foreign company starting an office in Nairobi offering Immigration and visa assistance services. Our services include student placements to overseas universities, temporary and permanent visas to New Zealand and Australia. The company has been in operation since 2009 and have built a solid track record in this industry.

Job Objective
Build business by identifying and selling our services to prospective clients;
Maintaining relationships with key clients and getting new business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell our services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Generating leads by establishing a network and execution of the marketing strategy.
  • Following up the leads generated and closing sales.
  • Setting the company’s sales strategy.
  • Giving input on the marketing, communications and PR strategy.
  • Attending Sales and Marketing meetings and be involved in the preparation of periodic marketing and sales plans and budgets.
  • Managing the relationships with sales personnel and other staff they work with.

Desired Skills & Experience;

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a sales related course with some experience in sales and marketing
  • Should have good Presentation Skills
  • Good  Client Relationships
  • High Energy Level and a go-getter
  • Negotiation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals

Creative, Sales Planning skills

  • Should be able to work Independently in a small organization, solve problems and result oriented
  • Should be a good learner he or she should have the willingness to acquire knowledge on our services
  • Should have effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • International outlook and ability to network / communicate comfortably with different cultures and nationalities.
  • Affinity with marketing, communications and PR
  • Honesty and unquestionable integrity in handling confidential information;
