Our client is the Micro Finance Industry and is currently looking for Customer Care Representatives
Job Role
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- A Fresh Graduate 2012-2013
- A combination of Economics or Statistics with any other Major or Minor (NO CPA or ACCA)
- Proficiency in computer packages especially excel, internet and word.
- Good communication both verbal and written
- Good organization skills
- Attention to detail
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000

Our client is a Micro-finance Company Currently Looking for Fresh Sales and Marketing Graduates
Job Role
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
- Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.<
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Qualification
- Minimum Degree in Sales and Marketing (2012 – 2013)
- Presentable
- Confident and can be able to do presentations
Salary: KShs 20,000 – 25,000
