In pursuit of our ambitious growth plan, we are looking to fill the below position in our IT & Infrastructure Department. 
Business IT Representative 
Reporting to the IT & Infrastructure Manager through the Business Analyst, the Business IT Representative purpose is to continually experience Resolution business practice environment, learn existing and create new features in the business application environment and cause the two environments to complement each other to maximize business potential. 
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Provide business application support to the finance and sales departments.
  • Resolving first level application issues and raise support calls with vendors if not solvable.
  • Design processes and internal controls as required by the business and based on audit recommendations.
  • Develop and deploy reports using Crystal and SAP business objects.
  • Coordinate, supervise and undertake various IT projects aimed at delivering efficiencies and improving business processes.
  • Training of users and preparation of user manuals for business applications.
  • Testing of current and new functionalities upon release and installation.
  • Implement disaster recovery policies as advised by the HOD.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Business Degree/Diploma in MIS, IT or Computer Science
  • CPA qualification will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in pastel administration.
  • At least 3-4 years working for RIL in an operations role/capacity
  • Project Management experience essential.
  • Experience Crystal Report writing & SQL databases
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software especially MS Excel
  • Thorough knowledge of MIS and business application and business process implementation and management practices.
  • Understanding and experience in the financial operations of an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
