Wisen HR is a professional employer organization (PEO). A PEO is a company that contractually assumes and manages critical human resource responsibilities and employer liability for businesses. 

The PEO assumes the employer responsibility for payroll processing, payroll tax administration, employee benefit plans and other human resource functions by becoming a co-employer with our clients. 

We also carry out HR consultations and recruitments on behalf of our clients.

One of our clients a catering company is seeking to recruit a HR Assistant to assist in the day to day running of the administrative and HR functions of the company.

The job duties include;
  • recruiting and staffing of employees
  • Employee performance evaluation
  • employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
  • assisting with employee relations;
  • company employee communication; create proper communication channels with employees
  • compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
  • employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and
  • employee services;
  • maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
  • Visit the client site as often as required to evaluate performance of employees and get feedback
  • Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Human Resource
  • 2-3 years HR experience preferably in a catering company
  • Preferably male
  • Can work on Saturdays
