BK is currently looking for 3 highly motivated and results-oriented individuals for these positions-
Residential Program Manager
To give leadership and coordinate all activities of a Residential Children’s Program
 
Social Worker
To effectively implement the objectives of an Adoption Services Program
 
Business Development Manager
To provide technical, marketing and strategic leadership in the designing, planning, funding, implementation, evaluation and reporting of business programs, write effective donor business proposals for funding, and coordinate all business programs

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience of implementation of donor funded programs
  • First degree in relevant field is a must, masters degree is an added advantage
  • Updated CV
  • Mandatory cover letter, detailing title of position, qualifications and experience
  • Working contacts (emails, working day-time telephone) of at least three professional referees
  • Certificate of Good Conduct by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Procedure
