SAP Practice Lead

Responsibilities

  • Define and Execute a Go To Market Strategy for SAP Solutions for each country and specific industries focus within those countries; Identify, Develop and Enable Sales team in markets not identified in the Go To Market Strategy
  • Support the business development personnel responsible for supporting on ground sales team responsible acquisition of new projects and project bids.
  • Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
  • Manage relationship with partners and actively work with them jointly on sales engagement, pipeline reviews, annual & quarterly planning, events, marketing initiatives, development of sales, business development and technical team.
  • Drive a training plan for the entire team to keep up with market trends and target vertical markets.
Job Requirements
  • Overall 8+ experience in SAP industry with a thorough understanding of SAP systems in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining and Manufacturing
  • Past experience in SAP implementation and sales
  • Relevant SAP Certifications
Qualifications: 
  • Preferably a post graduate with an IT back ground.
  • Experience of managing multiple customers/projects across geographies
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Ability to manage a team of product/domain experts and business development managers across a large geography
BDM – IDMS
Responsibilities
  • Manage, support, and supervise the business development department responsible for acquisition of new projects and project bids 
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
  • Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
  • Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc. 
  • Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships. 
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
Job Requirements
  • Overall 6+ experience in the industry with a minimum 3 years+ of experience in a Business Development Manager
  • Experience on Biometrics and applications of Biometric devices AIDC, RFID, SMARTCARD, GPS & POS.
Qualifications:
  • A graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or  IT back ground.
  • Proven IT Solutions & Services sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets.

Practice Lead – HealthCare
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s  healthcare practice strategy and tactical business plan
  • Leverage industry connections to introduce the company’s services Identify and help close new business
  • Write solution approach for all Advisory sales proposals and present as subject matter expert
  • Build the company’s position in the industry relative to healthcare ancillary services and solution offerings
  • Implement recruiting and retention strategies to build healthcare team
  • Provide subject matter expertise and conduct market intelligence for defined solutions
  • Develop/maintain solution area methodologies and tools, and ensure consultant education and utilization of such methodologies/tools
  • Lead creation of white papers, presentations and other marketing materials
  • Participate in the company’s leadership calls and webinars

Additionally, it is important that he/she have superior organizational and project management skills and the ability to solve highly complex organizational and operational problems.

Job Requirements
  • 8 or more years’ experience in healthcare consulting arena
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Recognized leader within a defined area of expertise
  • Documented success delivering one or more key solutions to healthcare clients
  • Experience with oversight of multiple simultaneous complex projects
  • Previous leadership experience with management of multimillion-dollar project budgets

Practice Lead – BFSI
The incumbent shall be responsible for providing leadership on IT transformation-consulting engagements specializing in insurance and banking services. 
Strong analytical, human relations, organizational and communication skills are essential, as this position will be responsible for leading groups throughout the projects and business development activities to provide optimal customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Leads execution of market strategies for well-defined client organizations of strategic importance to the organization
  • Demonstrates ability to identify new business opportunities within a given client community
  • Leads client conversations and market development activities, managing proposal development activities for new and existing business opportunities
  • Matches client problems to services and business segment capabilities
  • Is familiar with big transformation projects and deliveries
  • Familiar with Budgeting, Forecasting, Planning and Project Follow-Up methodologies
Job Requirements
  • Industry/Practice – Solid knowledge in insurance and banking.
  • Real experience in Consulting, at least one of the following consulting topics: Business Consulting, Process Improvement, Change Management, IT Strategy, Governance, IT Transformation Projects BPO, Outsourcing.
  • Experience growing insurance and/or banking industry solution practices a plus.
BDM – Microsoft Licences
Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or in IT background.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Technologies around Window Server, Exchange Server, System Centre, Lync, etc.
  • Overall 5+ yrs. of experience in the industry with a minimum 3 years+ of experience in a Business Development Manager role in an IT solution (Active directory , Mailing , Collaboration , Hyper V ) company.
  • Proven IT Solutions & Services sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets.
  • Should have experience in managing multiple customers and projects across geographies.
  • Bid Management and Proposal Preparation.
  • Outstanding communication skills, oral and written, technical and non- technical.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Project Manager – MOSS & .NET
Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment requests if necessary during project cycle.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Qualification & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • PMP certified Professional with Project Management experience
  • Successfully manages the day-to-day activities of projects through the project life cycle from initiation to closure including cross functional efforts such as requirements gathering, system analysis/design, development/configuration, testing and implementation phases
  • Should have experience with MOSS & .Net technologies
