Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all staff follow the correct work procedures.
  • To liaise with all customers, addressing any concerns or issues
  • To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, including an ability to negotiate and convince others effectively.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality management or Hotel and institution management or housekeeping or home economics
  • One year experience and above
