Job Description
  • Overall lead person for all projects as well as ensuring daily engagement of all employees.
  • Generate new businesses to dial into the already existing clientele list.
  • Grow client/company relationship and ensure high level of client’s retention.
  • Develop new platforms and strategies to increase company revenue streams so as to meet set targets.
  • Grow employee’s capability by scheduling training sessions as well as growing their skills through accompaniments.
  • Develop and present department budgets to the management for approval and adoption.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions on our customer relationship management systems.
  • Maintain up to date records of all clients as well as potential one and ensure the list is updated quarterly.
  • Follow up on existing customers and prospective customers and conduct client site visits.
  • Give feedback to management on relevant field information – demand, competition and prices.
  • Maintain a weekly work plan and reports for all team members
  • Create and keep a budget status of the project in line with revenue vs. expenditure
  • Submit on a monthly basis each employees report touching on company values, targets and capability gaps.
Qualifications
  • A graduate of marketing or strategy from a recognized university. Masters will be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience from a telecommunication company.
  • Must be confident and fluent in both spoken Kiswahili and English
  • Must be a very good report writer conversant with Microsoft office programs
  • Must be very presentable, articulate, good listener, passionate and a person who can work in a very demanding environment.
