- Product and service development based on industry and emerging practices
- Expansion and retention of client base
- Sustained business and revenue growth through business activities
- Management of marketing, advertisement and promotional activities
- Organize and schedule both open ended and on-site training programs
- Ensure quality delivery of training and consulting projects for customer satisfaction
- Research on market trends and competitor intelligence
- Team management experience will be required for the managerial roles
Requirements:
- Qualification in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Chemical, Energy, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, IT or other relevant Engineering qualification
- Those with additional qualifications in Business Management in addition to the educational qualification in Engineering will have an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- IT Proficiency
- Excellent relationship management ability
- High level of initiative and creativity
