- Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
- Develop and design a range of artworks and layouts ready to print
- Determine the message the design should portray
- Create images that identify product or convey a message
- Develop graphics or visuals or audio images for product illustrations logos and website
- Create an appropriate filling system for artworks and stock photos
- Taking clients briefs and assembling client information for design
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, quark express, freehand, illustrator, photoshop,3Ds max, acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver & flash
- Using innovation concepts to design a brief within constraints of time and cost
- Working with a wide range of media including photography and computer aided design
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Working on layouts and artwork pages ready for print
