Key Responsibilities
  • System Integration, Maintenance and Servicing for Present Broadcast networks
  • All technical aspects in media and broadcast, Satellite and associated technologies
  • Apply artistic techniques and talents in conjunction with a full technical knowledge of state-of-the-art broadcast television, radio and emerging media needs.
  • Assist and interpret comprehensive technical information and artistic and aesthetic concepts in unique situations to team members, management, clients/customers.
  • Make recommendations as required and suggest and support alternative approaches.
  • Lead, offer guidance and manage team activities to achieve desired goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain client/customer relationships involving decision making and problem solving.
  • Plan, implement and maintain all related media and broadcast infrastructure.
  • Broadcast NOC management for monitoring and management of services.
  • Managing 24×7 Support and SLA to customers.
  • Assist pre-sales in media broadcast solution and equipment selection.
  • Assist to conduct successful POC and Demos.
  • Advise management on way forward with media and broadcast related solutions.
  • Daily, weekly Reports
  • Pay-out Automation System installation, Maintenance and servicing for Broadcast networks
  • Master Control Room Projects installation, Maintenance and Servicing for Broadcast Industries.
  • News Studio and Live Studio Installation, servicing and give a Training for Satellite Television Channels.
  • Head End Solution Installation and maintenance.
  • OB Van Integration, Maintenance and Servicing for Live Telecasting purpose for Present Broadcast Industries.
  • Virtual Studio Installation, Maintenance and Servicing for Satellite Television Channels
  • Audio Studio Installation, Maintenance and Servicing for Present Broadcast Industries
  • Microwave Link and Uplink/Downlink projects installation, Maintenance
  • Spares planning
  • Daily call analysis from ERP and take proactive and reactive actions
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management as and when required
  • Adhere process and procedures
  • Managing skill sets in a group for long term vision
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

Education, Skills and Experience Required for the position
 
Education 
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics and communication
Skills
  • Media and Broadcast system design, Studio Design, Basic IP Networks, Basic Systems Integration, Strong Customer Relations & Proper Phone & Email Etiquette.
Experience
At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in media and broadcasting industry with extensive experience in
  • Media and broadcast products knowledge,
  • Studio integration knowledge
  • IP & Systems Integration
  • Customer Relations.
  • ICT Industry
  • VSAT Systems and installation
  • Media uplink products like Scopus, Harmonic, DSNG installation.
