wishes to fill the position of Sales
Representatives across all counties in the country
. The ideal candidates
should be self-driven and result-oriented.

County Sales
Executive

Key Responsibilities   

v  Responsible for improving the company
products sales within the county

Main Tasks and Duties

Marketing and Sales
v  Actively support the
management in developing marketing events for product activation
v  Conducting market
research
v  Expanding and
maintaining new market accounts
v  Identifying marketing
opportunities by defining consumer requirements
v  Creating awareness of
the company products to the market
Making sales plans and
weekly and monthly sales budget
v  Prepares Monthly Reports
for the Management
v  Protecting
organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
v  Supporting the
management build distributorship networks in the county
             

Requirements                                                           

Professional qualifications
v  Degree or Diploma in sales and marketing
Experience / Technical
knowledge
v  Over three years experience in sales of
FMCGs
v  Understanding of Temperature control  product sales
v  Good people-skills
v  Excellent reporting and communication
skills both written and oral
v  Results-oriented
v  Ability to work under minimum supervision
v  Willing to settle within the county
v  Willing to work on retainer and
commission
.
Languages
v  Additional Language/s an added advantage.
