Job Description
MSpace Solutions Ltd develops its software solutions in-house and is currently looking for experienced Java Developers in Nairobi area to strengthen its internal software development capacity.
The ideal candidate for this position must have worked with Java-based web applications and scripts previously and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills required:
- Strong Java skills
- Experience developing web applications in Java
- Experience with Java development tools – Eclipse/NetBeans
- Experience with Jsp, Servlets, html, css, javascript
- Experience with MySql
- Experience with full lifecycle of web development projects
- Familiarity with Scrum (Agile) development methodology is a plus
- Experience with Linux is a plus
- Experience with RichFaces will be an added advantage
- A proactive approach and an ability to work independently with little or no supervision
