Brand Marketing Coordinator at General Motors East Africa Ltd

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Develop and execute Brand Marketing Plans
  • Aligning Brand communication content in areas of responsibility with the Company’s Brand positioning strategy
  • Prepare Marketing briefs for the development of programs that build Brand equity
  • Ensure integration of all marketing mix elements
  • Co-ordinate the Creative and Media Agencies to develop effective marketing materials, from creation to completion and manage their overall performance
  • Supervise the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns
  • Ensure the Company delivers against the brand essence and promise at each point of contact the brand makes with stakeholders
  • Provide design for Web, Product packaging and other visual communications media for the Company
  • Develop and enrich Customer service experience
  • Assist in the development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and Visual brand strategies
  • Manage Brand Marketing Budget
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Five years relevant experience
  • Experience in Brand Marketing
  • Creative with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Aftersales Marketing Executive (REF: SM/HRBP/02)
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Develop and implement Aftersales marketing programs to achieve set business goals and financial targets
  • Carry out Market surveys through Dealers, retail Parts and key customers for effective inventory and pricing strategies
  • Liaise with the Brand Marketing team to assist in production of relevant marketing and advertising materials for Parts and Service
  • Organize for service clinics for GMEA Service workshop and Dealers
  • Aftersales Business growth through service contracts
  • Continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of Aftersales marketing programs
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Motor Industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Two years relevant experience
  • Creative with excellent communication and analytical skills
