Introduction

They are Full time positions in a project on contract terms and we are based in Nairobi.

Doctor (1position)

  • MBChB/MD degree from the recognized University
  • Registration by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
  • Current annual Retention Certificate from the Medical Practitioners’ and Dentist Board
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge and Training in HIV/AIDS specifically ART, PMTCT and STI Management.
  • Previous knowledge and experience with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage.

Clinical Officer (2 positions)

  • Diploma in clinical Medicine and Surgery
  • Must be registered with the Board and has valid certificate to practice.
  • Computer literate
  • HIV/STI/ ART and PMTCT knowledge is mandatory
  • Previous knowledge and experience with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage.

Nurse Counselor

    (2 positions)
  • Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse
  • Valid practicing license
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge in ART, STI and PMTCT
  • Previous knowledge and experience with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage.

 Administrative Nurse

    (1position)
  • Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse(KRCHN)
  • Valid practicing License
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with Project administration
  • Knowledge in dealing with Budgets and Human Resource
  • Previous knowledge and experience with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage.

Field Officer (2 positions)

  • Diploma in social work and community development or Counseling Certificate.
  • Computer literate
  • More than 4 years work experience in HIV/AIDS set up
  • Experience in Community Mobilization and Recruitment
  • Previous knowledge and experience with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage.

Records/IT officer (1 position)

  • Diploma in Medical records or Information Technology.
  • Conversant with Electronic Medical Records(EMR)
  • Knowledge with use of IT/Internet connectivity
  • Knowledge and experience in Data handling.
  • Previous knowledge and experience with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage

Pharmacist (1 position)

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized institution
  • Must be registered with valid practicing license.
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge in ART Commodity management
  • Experience of working with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage.

Lab Technologists  (1 position)

  • Diploma in Laboratory Technology
  • Must be registered with the Kenya Laboratory Technician and Technologist Board
  • Computer literate
  • At least 2years experience in Medical or research Laboratory
  • GCLP Training will be an added advantage

Clinic Assistant (1 position)

  • O level certificate with C Plain and above
  • Computer literate
  •  Experience working as a Clinic assistant in clinical setting
  • Experience of working with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage.

Driver

    (1 position)
  • Clean Valid driving License
  • More than three years work experience
  • Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • First Aid Certificate

Receptionist

    (1 position)
  • O level or equivalent
  • Typing and filing skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to handle couples with dignity, confide sensitive information
  • Experience of working with HIV discordant couples will be an added advantage.
