  • Hospital  faculty related to surgeons, Anestheologist, ICU, theatre staff, surgeons, general, urologist and science graduated knowledge and hold of  the candidate in Hospitals and Institutions is a must.
  • Science graduate Bsc,
  • Diploma in Pharmacy
  • 1- 2 years’ experience in Hospitals is a MUST – rapport with doctors in Hospital / institutions (for Medical Representative)
  • 5-7 years’ experience for Manager position

Responsibilities as follows:
  • Build target customers product wise and KOL’s of the assigned territory through scientific activities and generate maximum Rx of the products
  • Build more no of clienteles as per products in territories assigned
  • Prepare target customers list as per guidelines and Product profile, visit them regularly and frequently and communicate product knowledge resulting into Rx generation and sales of assigned territory.
  • Research and competitors knowledge and activities – provide competitors info such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
  • Collects information from market and delivers from the field to allow company to develop strategies and products appropriated to the Quality and also Pharmacovigilance data from doctors.
  • Introduction of products to new / addition of new clientele as per market and thus grow the clientele with safe payment / comfortable payment methods – credit control.
  • Wherever required coordinate all issues to manager assigned and also operations if needed with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finances
  • Organized CME’s / RTD with Manager on timely basis for continuous brand awareness
  • Attend and improve product knowledge on timely basis and use it effectively during Doctor calls in order to make effective for sales.
  • Report online basis and when required and as per scheduled by the manager on daily / weekly  reports, sales meetings, and follows company’s SOP’s.
