Relationship Manager 
 
4 Positions
 
The Relationship Manager will join a team whose role is to broaden income avenues by attracting and retaining high net worth customers. 
 
He/she will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients so as to develop and manage the company’s business portfolio. 
 
The Relationship Managers will be required to build credibility quickly and establish strong partnerships across a wide and complex network of public and private stakeholders and clientele.
 
Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the successful execution of new and existing strategies and company targets.
  • Research, create and follow up on potential new business opportunities and partnerships while maintaining high value relationships with existing partners.
  • Maximize the use of technology in business generation and client service.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • A Degree in a business or marketing field with relevant industry qualifications including marketing, insurance, customer service, communications and/or public relations.
  • Extensive experience and demonstrated success in customer relationship management preferably from the banking sector.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • A track record of successfully meeting targets

 

Product Research and Development Officer 
 
2 Positions
 
The Product Research and Development Officers will build products from existing ideas, and develop new Insurance products based on the industry experience and feedback from customers and prospects. 
 
The PRDOs must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy with the ability to grasp and drive the overall company vision into reality. 
 
The PRDOs will be required to spend time in the market to understand the customer, their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
 
Key Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct continuous research for new product opportunities.
  • Analyse and create projections for future market trends.
  • Driving product solutions through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
  • Develop new products and revamp existing products
  • Analyse and recommend potential partner relationships for products.
  • Assist the Technical Committee to manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

 

Requirements

 

  • A Degree in a business or marketing field with relevant qualifications including marketing, insurance, customer service, communications and/or public relations.
  • 3 years of marketing/product management experience.
  • Knowledgeable in cutting edge technology that will drive marketing and sales.
  • A natural flair for innovative ideas with the ability to translate ideas into products.
  • Highly creative with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Intensely customer focused with a results-orientation.
  • Readiness to work unsocial hours.
