Assistant Estates Officer at National Housing Corporation (NHC)

National Housing Corporation (NHC) is a statutory body constituted under the Housing Act Cap 117 Laws of Kenya and is the principle agency for housing implementation in the country. 

The Corporation wishes to recruit the following vacant positions and Invites applications from eligible Kenyan citizens:

Assistant Estates Officer

Ref: NHC/AEO/12/2013

The Assistant Estates Officer will be responsible for estates management duties related to preparation of letters of offer and leases, estates administration, Rent collection and enforcements in rental schemes, opening of accounts for new tenants, Updating and administration of asset register of
NHC properties countrywide.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Land Economics degree from a recognised University or equivalent
  • Three (3) years experience in Estates, Housing and property management
  • Computer Literate
The positions of General Managers will be on a three (3) year renewable contract term

The rest will be on permanent and pensionable basis

Successful candidates will be subject to performance contracting.
