Estates Officer 1 at National Housing Corporation (NHC)

National Housing Corporation (NHC) is a statutory body constituted under the Housing Act Cap 117 Laws of Kenya and is the principle agency for housing implementation in the country. 

The Corporation wishes to recruit the following vacant positions and Invites applications from eligible Kenyan citizens:

Estates Officer 1

Ref: NHC/EO1/12/2013

The Estates Officer 1 will be responsible for undertaking feasibility studies to determine project viability carry out market surveys and studies on comparative rents, property market prices and advises management accordingly among other functions.


Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Land Economics degree from a recognised University or equivalent
  • A Post graduate Diploma in Housing / Estates or property management
  • Six (6) years experience in Estates and property management
  • Registered with ISK or VEMS for a minimum of 3 years
  • Computer Literate
The positions of General Managers will be on a three (3) year renewable contract term

The rest will be on permanent and pensionable basis

Successful candidates will be subject to performance contracting.
